It is also very hard for us to go to sleep at night, right? We want to go to bed at 11 pm, but we always end up watching cute cat videos. Why?

Again, Newton’s First Law.

When we stay awake, we always want to stay awake.

How come we can still go to sleep at night and wake up early in the morning?

It is due to an unbalanced force. This force is really strong – The Alarm Clock!

Now you can tell your parents and teachers that you are simply following Newton’s First Law. It is the law that must be obeyed by everyone on this planet.
